GRS Recruitment are working closely with a newly established law firm in Limassol looking to hire a Junior Advocate. The successful candidate must be a Member of the Cyprus Bar Association with outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Prior experience within the field is not a must as you will be working closely with highly experienced people within the team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Utilizing government systems/websites.
  • Handling phone calls and correspondence (drafting, typing documents, forms, letters etc.).
  • Organising court diaries and calendars, and filing.
  • Liaising with clients and third parties to schedule meetings and visits.
  • Communicating with partners/clients.
  • Executing various administrative tasks.
  • Liaising with external associates
  • Reviewing and drafting contracts and any other legal documents
  • Research
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
  • Must be fluent in Greek and English. Any additional language is considered a plus. Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Office).
  • Previous experience in a law firm will be considered an advantage.
  • Must have outstanding organizational skills and pay attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of banking and/or company and/or property and/or contract and/or family and/or criminal and/or immigration law will be considered an advantage.
