GRS Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and reputable firm in Limassol to recruit a Junior Auditor. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience looking to develop a career in auditing within a supportive and collaborative environment. As a Junior Auditor, you will assist in delivering audit and tax services to a portfolio of local and international clients. You will gain hands-on experience in auditing processes, financial reporting, and compliance, while learning from a team of experienced professionals. This role offers structured training and development for those pursuing ACCA/ACA qualifications.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in planning and conducting audits under supervision.
  • Perform testing of financial statements and supporting documentation.
  • Support the preparation of tax computations and filing of returns.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with professional standards.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to develop technical and professional skills.
  • Assist senior team members with special projects and ad-hoc tasks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
  • Partly-qualified or pursuing ACCA/ACA qualifications.
  • University degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of auditing principles and accounting standards.
  • Proficient in IT and accounting software; knowledge of CaseWare is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Professional, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Collaborative team player with attention to detail.
