GRS Recruitment is working with a well-established maritime insurance organisation in Limassol to recruit a Junior Claims Executive. The Junior Claims Executive will support the Claims team in managing cases while providing a high-quality, client-focused service. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to the maritime insurance sector and developing skills in claims management, negotiation, and relationship building.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in managing claims and sanction enquiries under the guidance of senior colleagues.

Deliver responsive and accurate service tailored to individual client requirements.

Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and suppliers.

Participate in internal and external teams, contributing to knowledge-sharing and process improvement.

Support internal training initiatives and contribute to relevant publications.

Attend local industry events and participate in client visits as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience handling small claims, ideally within an FD&D context or maritime insurance.

Legal qualifications or background advantageous but not essential.

Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication skills.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and demonstrates sound judgement.

Able to manage own workload and delegated tasks independently.

Strong analytical, organisational, and negotiation skills.

Effective at networking and building professional relationships.
