A CySEC regulated company operating in the Forex Industry is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Junior Client Support Officer to join their Limassol based team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and supporting efficient Backoffice operations. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.
  • Professionally address inquiries, showcasing expertise in forex trading.
  • Provide guidance on platform usage, account setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay current on company products and services.
  • Process client applications while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Securely manage deposit and withdrawal requests.
  • Collaborate internally to resolve account-related issues.
  • Maintain precise records in CRM and Backoffice systems.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Escalate critical matters when required.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English and any of the following languages: Arabic, Spanish, any Portuguese, both written and verbal. Fluency in any other language plus English will be considered as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of forex trading concepts and financial markets is advantageous.
  • Prior customer support or Backoffice experience in forex or financial services is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and accuracy are essential.
  • Valuable skills include problem-solving abilities and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts.
