Our client, a growing organisation within the gaming industry, is currently seeking to recruit a Junior Compliance Administrator to join their Compliance, PaySec, and AML team in Larnaca. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their career within a dynamic and international environment. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the Compliance Department, including compliance monitoring, payment security tasks, and KYC documentation reviews. This position also involves close collaboration with internal teams, regulators, and auditors, as well as participation in ad-hoc projects to ensure ongoing compliance and efficiency across the business.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct and analyse individual client risk assessments.
  • Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) and Source of Wealth checks, including detailed client analysis.
  • Assist in payment security monitoring and fraud analysis.
  • Review relevant regulations and support the drafting of terms & conditions, policies, and procedures.
  • Support internal and external auditors.
  • Communicate with regulators and assist with regulatory reporting.
  • Deliver employee training on compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and tasks.
  • Undertake additional ad-hoc duties as required by the Compliance Department.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University degree in Law, Economics, Business, Social Sciences, or another analytical/quantitative field.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet multiple daily deadlines.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to grow within the role by taking on additional responsibilities.
