DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the preparation of corporate reports, including performance, ESG, and market analysis reports.

Conduct research and analysis to support investment decisions, strategic planning, and new business opportunities.

Monitor shipping markets, trade routes, and economic trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities.

Support financial analysis efforts, reviewing statements and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs).

Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and automation tools for reporting purposes.

Stay updated on industry regulations and assess their potential impact on operations and strategy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with senior management to contribute insights and recommendations.

Take initiative to improve internal processes and support continuous development within the team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Shipping, Data Science, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with Excel; knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

Comfortable working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a genuine interest in shipping, global markets, and strategic decision-making.
