DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate reports, including performance, ESG, and market analysis reports. 
  • Conduct research and analysis to support investment decisions, strategic planning, and new business opportunities. 
  • Monitor shipping markets, trade routes, and economic trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities. 
  • Support financial analysis efforts, reviewing statements and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and automation tools for reporting purposes. 
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and assess their potential impact on operations and strategy. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with senior management to contribute insights and recommendations. 
  • Take initiative to improve internal processes and support continuous development within the team. 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Shipping, Data Science, or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with Excel; knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau is an advantage. 
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights. 
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a genuine interest in shipping, global markets, and strategic decision-making. 
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and professional growth.
