On behalf of our Client, a very well-established Company, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Junior Corporate and Office Administrator to be based in Nicosia. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Junior Corporate and Office Administrator to be based in Nicosia.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Draft Directors’ and shareholders' resolutions
  • Prepare minutes of general meetings (Ordinary or Extraordinary) and Board of Directors meetings
  • Support the incorporation of companies
  • Arrange notarization, legalization, and authentication of documents
  • Maintain company registers up to date
  • File forms with the Registrar of Companies
  • Organize meetings with clients, intermediaries, legal counsel, and notaries
  • Undertake the role of director, trustee, nominee, secretary, authorized signatory, or any related position in internal entities or client entities of Amicorp Group
  • Manage and update internal databases
  • Handle incoming phone calls, couriers, post, and email messages
  • Provide administrative support to employees
  • Ensure inventory maintenance
  • Scan and file correspondence and documents
  • Prepare outgoing correspondence
  • Monitor conference and meeting room usage
  • Manage petty cash and prepare expenditure reports
  • Create, organize, and maintain hard copy files
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by your superior from time to time
  • Accurately record chargeable time and value of service
  • Support effective monitoring of transactions, pricing, invoicing, and collection of outstanding fees for a portfolio of clients
  • Monitor your own productivity and chargeability weekly and review performance against targets to meet individual financial targets and client communication KPIs
  • Submit timesheets for client work in a disciplined and timely manner, meeting weekly and monthly time and chargeability targets
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • University graduates holding a degree in Business Administration or other related field
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools such as Word and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation abilities.
  • Methodical, well-organized, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Excellent command of both the Greek and English languages.
