Our esteemed client, a reputable Real Estate company situated in Nicosia, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in administration or office support to contribute to a well-established organisation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office on a daily basis
- Schedule meetings, conference calls and other tasks
- Provide timely and efficient assistance to the office staff
- Provide timely and efficient assistance to the Student Residences staff when needed
- Maintain the premises and ensure that all office equipment and facilities are in good working condition
- Coordinating the cleaning staff to make sure that all the offices and showrooms are kept clean and tide
- Undertake general administrative duties as assigned and give feedback to the person who assigned the job
- Ability to take initiative and deliver results
- Reception duties, including greeting guests and answering telephones, preparing drinks to the guests in a pleasant and positive manner
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment and arranging for any maintenance required
- To be the first point of contact for visitors and greet them accordingly
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Receive and/or direct calls to the concerned person
- Prepare the conference rooms for upcoming meetings
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- University degree/diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field
- Fluent in speaking and writing in both Greek and English languages
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position is essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Well presented with friendly and polite personality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with great emphasis on multitasking
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €16,000 - €24,000 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability
