A growing company operating in the adult entertainment industry is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Junior Customer Support Agent to join their Nicosia based team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to start and develop a successful career in Customer Support by working alongside talented individuals of the field. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with account management, including subscriptions and billing questions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior agents as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our support system.
  • Provide product information and guidance to customers to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Any additional qualification in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English. Fluency in any other language will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer support software (Freshdesk is a plus).
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work in shifts including overnight weekends and public holidays which are compensated additionally. Overnight shifts are performed from home.
