MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES

Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Prepare and manage customer-related documents, reports, and correspondence.

Liaise with internal departments to help resolve customer issues and streamline service delivery.

Support the collection and analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

Contribute to initiatives and projects as needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent level of Maltese and English languages. Spanish Language: Any level is considered an asset.

Previous experience in Customer Support, preferably within the Insurance or Pensions industry will be considered as an advantage.
