DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • As the first point of contact for IT support, you'll play a key role in ensuring colleagues have the technology and support they need to work efficiently. From troubleshooting technical issues to configuring devices and managing user accounts, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of technologies and responsibilities
  • Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
  • Configuring and deploying desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and workstations.
  • Managing user accounts and permissions across Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Monitoring systems and network performance to ensure reliability and uptime.
  • Managing company devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Supporting data backup and recovery processes.
  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets and equipment.
  • Assisting with ongoing IT projects and day-to-day operational support.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Up to two years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.
  • A good understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or ITIL Foundation would be considered an advantage.
