Our client, a well-established construction company based in Limassol, is seeking a dedicated System Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IT support/helpdesk experience and a background in Real Estate to contribute to a thriving business. The System Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Limassol Municipality. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, workstations, and core IT infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, workstations, and core IT infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations.

Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, managing user accounts and access rights, performing backups, and implementing updates and patches.

The System Administrator will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, provide technical support to internal teams, and document configurations and procedures.

The role also involves collaborating with management and vendors to enhance the IT environment, ensure data security, and support technology needs for ongoing and new property projects.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Candidates should possess strong System Administration skills, including server, workstation, and operating system management.

Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

Candidates should possess Network Administration skills, including configuration, monitoring, and securing LAN/WAN and wireless networks.

Candidates should possess a broad foundation in Information Technology, covering infrastructure, security best practices, and standard office systems.

Relevant experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role, preferably in construction, real estate, or project-based environments.

Working knowledge of backup solutions, antivirus tools, and endpoint security; familiarity with cloud services and virtualization is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and external vendors.

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Fluency in Russian, English; knowledge of Greek or other languages used locally is a plus.
