A well-established legal firm based in Paphos is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a motivated Junior Lawyer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a recently qualified lawyer or a trainee nearing qualification who is eager to gain hands-on experience across a range of legal matters. The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers in a professional, supportive environment that encourages learning and career development. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring and handling corporate legal matters

Liaising directly with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and other national, governmental and regulatory bodies

Providing guidance on corporate and regulatory matters and conducting legal research

Drafting agreements (including property sale and loan agreements)

Reviewing contracts, transactions and handling general commercial matters

Drafting and reviewing minutes, resolutions and share purchase agreements
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University Degree
-
Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
-
Holder of PLC will be considered an advantage

Excellent command of English and Greek both written and verbal
