DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle: execution, tracking key terms/deadlines, renewals, and archiving
  • Maintain accurate legal documentation and internal records
  • Support and manage corporate restructuring projects from planning to implementation
  • Coordinate with external consultants on statutory filings (e.g. share transfers, director appointments)
  • Manage corporate governance duties: maintain statutory registers, draft BoD resolutions, minutes, etc.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between legal, business teams, and external partners
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal process
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • LL.B or equivalent legal qualification
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an in-house legal or corporate services role (international or regulated environment a plus)
  • Strong foundation in contract law and corporate governance
  • Experience dealing with business registries and cross-border legal processes
  • Sharp organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Tech-savvy, with confidence in MS Office and legal tech tools (e.g. DocuSign)
  • Self-starter who can work independently, yet thrives in team collaboration
