GRS Recruitment are looking for a Junior Lending Officer to join our client's team in Nicosia and play a key role in supporting customers throughout the lending journey from application to completion. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support retail loan applications, credit facilities and lending administration.
- Communicate with customers, gather documentation and provide regular updates.
- Prepare and maintain accurate customer and credit files.
- Monitor loan repayments and customer accounts, escalating issues when needed.
- Deliver professional, responsive customer service.
- Support the day-to-day administration of our invoice discounting platform.
- Prepare reports and provide general support to the Retail Lending team.
- Ensure all activities meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Fluent Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a practical, analytical approach.
- Customer-focused, positive and eager to learn.
- A team player who can also work independently.
