This position operates on a rotating shift schedule to support 24/7 operations: Shift A: 07:00 – 15:30, Shift B: 15:00 – 23:30, Shift C: 23:00 – 07:30. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately process and verify client payments and withdrawals

Monitor payment statuses and ensure timely completion

Reconcile transactions and identify any discrepancies

Maintain clear and organized transaction records

Generate internal and regulatory reports on payment activities

Collaborate with compliance, risk, and customer service teams on payment-related issues

Support senior team members with complex cases and ongoing projects

Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and internal policy standards

Investigate and resolve payment errors or account issues
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial sector

Prior experience in payments processing or within a brokerage/financial services firm is a plus
-
Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI is a bonus

Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
-
Team player with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
