We are currently working in partnership with an international company operating within the FMCG industry to hire a Junior Shopper Marketing Analyst for our client’s dynamic Commercial team. The successful candidate will support the development of impactful in-store strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in shopper marketing, category insights, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading FMCG organization.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the planning and execution of the Point-of-Sale Materials for In-store presence and activations (new product launches)

Analyze data driven insights for the category development (reporting)

Assists with tracking and optimization for Shopper marketing budget

Works close with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment for all initiatives
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous working experience in a similar role within FMCG or F&B companies

Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written

Strong communication skills

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
