You’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end, turning ideas into polished, high-performing designs while collaborating closely with both clients and developers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design intuitive user experiences and visual interfaces for websites, web applications, online stores, and mobile products

Lead design projects from early research and concept development through final execution

Produce modern, visually refined interfaces with a strong focus on usability and conversion

Build, organize, and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma
-
Partner with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently

Clearly articulate design concepts, rationale, and solutions during client presentations

Support additional creative and design needs across the company as they arise
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A proactive designer with strong drive and a hands-on mindset

Solid experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and comparable design software

A sharp eye for detail and commitment to high-quality, precise output

Strong knowledge of both web and mobile design principles and best practices

Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while collaborating within a team

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision

Clear communicator with strong listening skills and the ability to translate feedback into action
