We are partnering with a dynamic digital and performance‑led organisation seeking a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor who combines creativity, technical capability, and a passion for visual storytelling. The successful candidate will contribute compelling video content and motion graphic assets used across marketing campaigns, websites, and social platforms.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Edit high‑quality video content for use on websites, social media channels, and marketing campaigns.

Create motion graphics and animation elements that enhance promotional material and brand storytelling.

Manage and organise video assets, maintain an accessible content library, and optimise raw footage for editing workflows.

Ensure video content is tailored for optimal performance across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Stay up‑to‑date with trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and motion design to bring fresh creative ideas to the table.

Collaborate with internal teams to align creative output with campaign goals and brand standards.

Participate in post‑production reviews, incorporating feedback to elevate final deliverables.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree or relevant skills/experience in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications or similar field.1–2 years’ professional experience in videography, motion graphics or video editing.

Excellent command of video editing and motion graphics tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or equivalents.

Strong visual storytelling skills with an ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into engaging content.

Familiarity with motion design techniques, animation principles, and colour correction workflows.

Experience or familiarity with camera gear, lighting and audio equipment is an advantage.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.

Highly organised, proactive, able to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and openness to constructive feedback.
