DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hardware & Software Management

Maintain and manage company equipment, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and network devices.

Track and update inventory of IT assets, ensuring proper documentation and lifecycle management.

Set up, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for new and existing employees.
System Administration
-
Manage and maintain domain services, ensuring proper user account setup, permissions, and group policies.

Oversee corporate email systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) and ensure secure and uninterrupted communication.

Perform regular backups and system updates, ensuring data integrity and security.
CRM and Business Tools Management
-
Support and manage CRM systems, ensuring optimal performance and user support.

Collaborate with teams to address and resolve technical issues related to CRM and other business tools.
IT Support
-
Respond to and resolve technical support requests from employees in a timely and professional manner.

Diagnose and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues.

Provide guidance and training to staff on IT systems and best practices.
Security & Compliance
Documentation & Reporting

Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, IT policies, and procedures.

Prepare reports on IT inventory, usage, and incidents as needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Requirements

Proficiency in managing hardware, software, and network systems.

Experience with domain management, Active Directory, and group policies.

Familiarity with email systems such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Knowledge of CRM platforms and their basic administration.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Desirable

Familiarity with ticketing systems for managing IT support requests.

Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and tools.

Certification in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco).
