Join our reputable client, a forward-thinking Forex Trading company based in Limassol, as a KYC & Payment Specialist. The KYC and Payment Specialist will be responsible for conducting client due diligence in line with regulatory and internal requirements, as well as ensuring the smooth execution and reconciliation of client payments. This role bridges Compliance and Finance to ensure both regulatory and financial operations are executed accurately and efficiently.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
KYC / Compliance

Conduct verification and onboarding of clients in accordance with AML/CTF regulations and internal policies.

Perform ongoing due diligence and periodic reviews of existing clients.

Escalate PEPs, adverse media, or high-risk profiles to the Compliance Officer.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date KYC records and ensure timely follow-ups for missing documents.

Coordinate with the onboarding and support teams to resolve KYC-related issues.

Collaborate with the compliance Team to flag and escalate any suspicious or irregular transactions.
Payments
-
Process client deposits and withdrawals, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.

Perform daily payment reconciliations across PSPs and bank accounts.

Liaise with PSPs and internal departments to resolve payment-related queries or discrepancies.

Maintain accurate transaction logs and assist with reporting obligations (e.g., to auditors or regulators).

Support the monthly reconciliation of client funds and company accounts.

Liaise with PSPs (Payment Service Providers), banks and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

2 years’ experience in a similar role in the financial services or forex industry.

Strong understanding of AML/CTF regulatory requirements.

Experience with KYC platforms (e.g., Sumsub) and PSPs.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Italian – native or first language (mandatory)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian

Ability to communicate with Italian-speaking clients
