A long-standing global leader in medical and aesthetic equipment manufacturing with over 80 distribution branches worldwide is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Reporting Team Leader for the LATAM region. The successful candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English and ideally, have experience in managing a team of people. The successful candidate will be required to be based in Peru for 9 months and then work remotely for the rest 3 months of the year. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a team of 4 finance professionals in Peru and Ecuador

Report to the Head of Reporting in Cyprus

Gather, analyze, and present vital financial data that shape our decision-making process. Report one branch to understand the process from the beginning till the end.

Oversee daily operations, set performance targets, and ensure accurate, timely reports.

Work closely with sales managers, providing financial insights for Latin American branches.

Use your problem-solving skills to address urgent issues and make strategic recommendations.

Travel extensively in Latin America (about 9 months per year) after initial training in Europe (Romania, Cyprus, Czech Republic).
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Holder of University degree in Accounting or Finance

3-4 years of previous working experience in accounting and finance

Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.

Team leadership experience is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Ability to thrive under pressure and proactively tackle tasks.
