MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting legal research and analysis pertaining to real estate transactions and property laws in Cyprus.

Drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases.

Providing expert legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders, clients, developers, and service providers.

Managing corporate governance matters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Collaborating closely with various departments within the organization to facilitate seamless legal processes and transactions.

Handling employment law matters, including advising on employee relations, compliance with labour laws, and drafting employment contracts and policies.

Ensuring timely and accurate documentation and administrative support to enhance legal operations efficiency of the company.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in law
-
Member of the Cyprus Bar Association

Proven experience in legal practice with a focus on real estate law and transactions.

Strong proficiency in drafting legal documents and agreements relevant to real estate matters.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex legal issues clearly and concisely.

Fluency in Russian, English and Greek, both written and verbal.
