MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft and review a wide range of commercial agreements, pleadings, correspondence

Liaising with external law firms, financial institutions and regulatory authorities

Conduct legal research on subject matters, inter alia, related to insolvency
-
Completing tasks associated with insolvency procedures including the preparation of reports to creditors in connection with bankruptcies and/or liquidations and/or receiverships

Drafting and/or reviewing legal opinions, memos, articles
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Holder of a LLB degree. Holder of a Master’s degree/ LPC will be considered as advantage
-
Member of the Cyprus Bar Association

Previous relevant experience in insolvency matters will be considered an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package, Outlook

Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal

Highly ethical and trustworthy individual
