DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviewing, drafting and submitting court applications and representing clients in court as needed.

Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide array of legal documents including but not limited to sale agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, loan agreements, commercial agreements.

Providing expert legal advice and services on the establishment, administration, restructuring and dissolution of companies.

Drafting of legal opinions on diverse legal matters.

Liaising with various public authorities (Registrar of Companies, Land Registry, Tax oQice etc)

Supporting company’s corporate procedures.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in law (master’s degree will be considered as an advantage).

Minimum of 2-3 years’ post qualification experience practicing law in Cyprus; experience in corporate or shipping law will be highly valued.

Strong ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle complex tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
