On behalf of our Client, a very well-established and Family office with international operations, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Legal Administrator / Lawyer to be based in Nicosia. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, submit, and track applications and documentation to:
- Land Registry (property transfers, registrations, searches, encumbrances)
- Migration Department (residence permits, work permits, renewals, cancellations)
- Registrar of Companies (company incorporations, amendments, annual filings, certificates)
- Liaise with government authorities, public officers, and external service providers
- Draft and review basic legal documents
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and applications
- Follow up on pending applications and ensure timely completion
- Assist senior lawyer
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Land Registry, Migration Department, and Registrar of Companies procedures is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously
- Written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
- Proficient in MS Office and basic document management systems
