DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team.
  • Manage and maintain legal files, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and legal personnel.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and manage deadlines.
  • Support the team during inspections and audits.
  • Handle billing and invoicing procedures.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience in legal administration or a similar role.
  • Strong background in corporate administration or management.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in relevant legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
