MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft and review of various contracts (e.g., share purchase, financing, services, management agreements, etc.)

Corporate housekeeping (e.g., drafting of minutes, PoAs, acquisition of SPVs, change of directors, increase and reduction of capital, etc.)

Conducting and implementing KYC, Due Diligence and AML compliance on our business partners and business transactions
-
Providing and maintaining KYC, AML compliance documentation to banks, service providers and external advisors and review of FATCA, CRS and AEI status of our companies

Liaising with external advisors for legal, tax and corporate restructuring.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Qualified lawyer in Cyprus
-
At least 2 years post-qualified experience in the corporate sector

Knowledge of corporate law, contract law and international trusts

Knowledge of TrustQuay Quorum software
-
Excellent knowledge of English, Greek and Russian languages
-
Highly motivated personality with strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Understanding of the commercial aspects of Cyprus international business sector as well as of international complex structures.
