Our esteemed client, a leading retail company, is seeking a dedicated and professional Legal & Tenant Coordinator to join their team in Limassol. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of License Agreements, Addendums, Letters and/or other legal documents relevant to the Hospitality space’s tenants and suppliers based on the templates and set guidelines of the company.
- Management and coordination with the General Manager of tenants’ requests regarding desired operational or structural changes in their shops and routine day-to-day requests relevant to the functioning of their shops in accordance with the specified terms and conditions of the Hospitality space.
- Liaise and attend meetings with the company’s legal advisors, the Land Registry as well as municipality, industry and government officials for routine and one-off projects relevant to the Hospitality space and its tenants including structural alterations in Hospitality space shops or the Hospitality space building and building permit-related procedures.
- Coordinate administrative office functions such as:
- liaison with the company’s external IT company (when and if required) to initiate possible server upgrades, the creation of digital data rooms and implementation of other routine IT office needs/tasks; and
- plan and adjust monthly (if and when needed) the working hours schedule for the information desk staff depending on the needs of the Hospitality space.
- Responsible for the constant monitoring of the Hospitality space tenants’ insurance policies log and communication with them ahead of their policies’ expiry date to ensure the company’s log is constantly updated with the renewed insurance policies of the tenants.
- Responsible to liaise with the Hospitality space’s own insurance company on insurance-related matters relevant to the Hospitality space’s shops and Hospitality space area overall.
- Responsible to be constantly up to date with government and industry decrees and directives relevant to the Hospitality space’s operations and to ensure implementation of, and adherence to such decrees and directives by the Hospitality space’s tenants and associates.
- Responsible to have updated records at all times of all tenants’ License Agreements, Addendums, Letters, insurance policies and/or other documents.
- Responsible to have updated records at all times of corporate documents relevant to the Hospitality space companies, i.e. title deeds, building permit status and general statutory documents issued from the Registrar of Companies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

At least 3-5 years previous experience in a similar position.

Degree relating to Legal Administrative Studies.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written skills both in English and Greek.

Excellent fluency in English and Greek.
