GRS Recruitment is delighted to present an excellent opportunity for a Permanent Legal Director with our client, a prominent Financial Services company based in Nicosia. This pivotal role involves driving strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the firm’s market position and achieving financial growth, and a proactive approach to business development, encompassing networking,
proposal creation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our
firm's goals, enhancing our brand visibility, and building a robust pipeline of prospective clients. The Legal Director will work closely with senior management to identify new market opportunities, nurture client relationships, and expand organisational service offerings. As a leader in the firm, the Legal Director will also be facilitating cross-practice collaboration to ensure cohesive messaging and branding of our services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing the firm’s visibility through innovative marketing campaigns, networking events, and relationship-building strategies. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand client base and increase market share.
  • Develop new products and services
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with practice leaders to identify growth opportunities and align business development efforts with the firm's goals.
  • Lead market research and analysis efforts to identify emerging trends and client needs in the legal corporate services industry.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of client and industry events to enhance the firm’s visibility and engagement.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Cyprus qualified lawyer with solid experience within the Corporate/Commercial Law sector
  • Minimum of 7 years of business development experience within the Corporate/Commercial legal services sector with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business development strategies and achieving growth.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate legal services market and client expectations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams or projects.
  • Fluency in Greek and English
