Our client is a dynamic organization with a workforce dedicated to maintaining compliance and fostering a robust legal framework within the fast-paced financial trading sector. The successful candidate will be a skilled and experienced Legal Officer to focus on corporate legal matters, ensuring that all agreements, third-party relationships, and corporate records are managed with precision and diligence.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and legal agreements, including those with clients, vendors, and third parties.

Conduct thorough due diligence on third-party relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Maintain and oversee the organization and secure storage of all corporate and legal files across the company’s entities.

Ensure that all corporate governance requirements are met, including the preparation and management of board meetings, resolutions, and statutory filings.

Provide legal advice and support to the management team on corporate and regulatory matters.

Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary.

Support internal teams on contract interpretation, risk mitigation, and legal compliance strategies.

Manage any disputes or litigation matters in collaboration with external counsel.
