On behalf of our client a well-established Limassol legal practise, GRS are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to be based in their Limassol offices. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with fluency in both Greek and English. The practise places great emphasis on client care and striving to obtain the best possible terms for their clients in every respect. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence with clients and authorities.

Draft legal documents, letters, applications, and probate submissions. Print, scan, organize, and file client documents in both physical and electronic formats.

Utilize Microsoft Office, Zygos, I-justice, and other court case management software effectively.

Perform external tasks, including submitting documents to the court, signing affidavits, and conducting court file searches.

Assist with a range of legal tasks to ensure smooth operations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Title or degree from a school of secretarial studies is a plus.

Fluent in Greek and English.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent PC skills.

Knowledge of Zygos, I-justice, or similar legal software.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively.

High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
