On behalf of our client in the Financial Advisory industry, GRS are looking for a Company Secretary for their Limassol team, who has certain experience in company secretarial and administration matters, preferably a lawyer. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills in Greek and English and be trustworthy with a high sense of responsibility.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all company secretarial duties, including the preparation and filing of statutory documents.

Maintain accurate corporate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist in organizing board meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

Support the Director with administrative tasks and legal documentation.

Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submissions of necessary filings.

Provide guidance on corporate governance best practices
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A law degree (LLB) and preferably a legal qualification
-
Previous experience in a company secretarial role or in corporate law is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
