DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Track shipments, resolve delivery or quality issues, and maintain accurate procurement records.

Manage site inventory, conduct stock counts, and coordinate equipment transfers and maintenance.

Arrange transportation and plan delivery schedules with site teams.

Maintain proper logistics documentation and provide regular reports on delivery status and inventory.

Coordinate with finance to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
-
3–4 years’ experience in logistics/supply chain; MEP or construction experience required.

Strong MS Office skills, organization, and attention to detail.
-
Good communication in English (Greek is a plus).

Independent, proactive, and reliable team player.

Valid driver’s license.
