DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee maintenance and repairs across communal areas

Coordinate contractors for cleaning, gardening, lift servicing and repairs

Ensure health & safety and fire compliance
-
Respond to maintenance issues raised by residents
-
Support planned, cyclical and reactive maintenance works
-
Deliver a high standard of customer-focused service
