GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-known Brand based in the heart of Limassol who are searching for a Marketing Co-Ordinator to join their fun and friendly team. The successful candidate will work under the Marketing Agency division and be responsible for coordinating a variety of tasks within the department which will include Email Marketing via MailChimp.  If this sounds like the role for you, please reach out to Hayley Buckle at GRS Recruitment for more information.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinates and implementing any administrative tasks and procedures within the Marketing Team.
  • Researches the best media outlets to publish PRs with by geographical location and obtaining prices.
  • Works with the team to develop Marketing strategies.
  • Executes of email blasts using MailChimp software.
  • Researches potential influencers within the finance/fintech/crypto industries.
  • Brainstorms ideas for social media posts.
  • Coordinates with the Content Writer to draft Social Media content.
  • Coordinates with the Graphic Design Team for creating social media images.
  • Ensures accuracy in the social media content before publishing.
  • Proofreads and editing of the copy before sending to the client.
  • Collaborates with the team to develop social media strategies and design campaigns.
  • Show full commitment to both clients and agency partners.
  • Responsible for the full email marketing cycle.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 1 years of experience as an advertising account executive or in a related position.
  • Experience of managing business to business (B2B) or business to consumer (B2C).
  • Fintech Industry knowledge and contacts is beneficial.
  • Excellent understanding of advertising methods and techniques.
  • Work with high level relationship and organizational skills.
  • The ability to cope with pressure and keep to tight deadlines.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software.
  • Agency experience is beneficial Bachelor’s degree holder from a relevant sector (Marketing, PR, Business Administration) will be considered as advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and an interest in the Fintech industry.
  • An outgoing and pleasant personality.
  • Be able to work as part of a team of creative staff members.
