On behalf of our client, a leading automotive organisation, GRS are recruiting a Marketing Executive in Malta. The Marketing Executive will report to the Director. The selected candidate will be driven, ambitious and enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing marketing budgets, developing strategies, and executing campaigns to drive brand awareness, loyalty and sales. Your role will include crafting marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI. An understanding of graphic design will be considered an asset in delivering visually compelling marketing materials and campaigns according to Brand CI. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets efficiently for maximum ROI and track expenditures and ensure all activities are within budgetary constraints.

Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with different departments to create marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns. Analyse performance and suggest optimizations for future initiatives.

Brand Promotion: Promote brands through various marketing channels and partnerships. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Product Launches: Manage the coordination of product launches, including events, promotions, and public relations.

Work closely with sales and aftersales teams for effective market entry

Customer Engagement: Implement customer engagement strategies to build loyalty and drive repeat business.

Create targeted promotions in collaboration with the sales team.

Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage social media presence and ensure engaging content across platforms. Oversee digital marketing efforts such as SEO, PPC, and email marketing.

Event Coordination: Organize promotional events. Handle logistics and ensure smooth event execution.

Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on marketing performance, budget usage, and ROI. Use data to recommend strategic improvements.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with brand partners, agencies, and internal teams. Collaborate with external vendors for advertising, PR, and creative design.

Graphic Design / Content Creation Understanding (Asset): Collaborate with graphic designers/ content creators or use your own design knowledge to ensure the creation of visually impactful marketing content. Support the design/creation process for campaigns and promotional events.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field.

2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the automotive or industrial sectors.

Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, social media platforms). Graphic design skills or familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) are considered an asset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.

Innovative approach to problem-solving and campaign development.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
