MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across paid, organic, email, and content channels.
- Oversee campaign timelines, briefs, and deliverables — ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Coordinate tasks across internal specialists (SEO, Email, Video, Design) and external freelancers/agencies.
- Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer on strategy and resource prioritization.
- Track campaign performance and optimise their effectiveness.
- Ensure campaign assets are QA’d and launched on time.
- Support the team in improving marketing efficiency and delivery standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 2–5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in forex or fintech.
- Proven ability to plan, manage and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of paid media, email, content, and SEO.
- Proficiency with tools like Semrush, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Jira, Google Analytics
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable analysing performance metrics and drawing insights.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
