MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing annual strategic marketing plan, complete with targets and metrics, aligned with the strategic vision set by the company’s Board of Directors.

Collaborating with Directors to determine budgets, establish targets, and formulate effective marketing strategies.

Developing and executing strategies in collaboration with Business Development Managers to broaden existing market presence and venture into new markets.

Conceptualizing, planning, producing, and orchestrating the distribution of content across various channels.

Managing and coordinating the activities of the entire team of marketing specialists.

Overseeing all marketing campaigns both at the company headquarters and overseas.

Analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and generating innovative ideas to enhance brand marketing and exposure.

Keeping senior leadership informed of the ongoing progress of marketing initiatives and delivering comprehensive reports on campaign results, expenses, and key metrics.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Business-related field. A background in Mechanical Engineering or Technical disciplines is considered advantageous.

Demonstrated prior experience in a comparable role.

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.

Proven expertise in content creation in the form of social media posts, white papers, articles, case studies, infographics, animations, videos etc.

Creative and innovative thinking, aligned with the mindset of a business leader.

Proficiency in leading and managing a team of marketing specialists.

Strong budget-management skills.

Comprehensive understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.

Professional judgment and discretion acquired through years of experience in the field.

Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, digital marketing, advertising, content creation, production, etc.
