A well-established and prominent legal services provider based in Malta, is seeking a Marketing Manager with a strategic mindset to lead the firm’s marketing function. We are looking for a strategic, data-driven marketing leader with a passion for brand growth and a proven ability to deliver results in a professional services environment. In this key role, the job holder will be responsible for enhancing brand positioning, driving lead generation, and increasing market visibility across our core practice areas. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team (SEO, Content Design, and PPC) and work closely with partners and practice leaders to ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with business development goals and drive lead generation across all practice areas.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing in-house marketing team, set KPIs, and manage relationships with external agencies.
- Oversee campaign execution across digital and traditional platforms, optimise paid media and SEO strategies, and ensure measurable ROI.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity and tone of voice, and lead the creation of high-quality, audience-specific content.
- Monitor campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making through data analysis.
- Act as the marketing liaison for practice heads, and collaborate with CRM and BD teams to drive cross-selling and client engagement initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- At least five years of experience in a strategic marketing role, ideally within legal, tax, or consulting sectors.
- A track record of success in client acquisition strategy and campaign execution.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, analytics, CRM systems, and content marketing.
- Experience managing multiple brands or sub-brands within a cohesive marketing framework.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in highly regulated industries—considered an asset.
