MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects
- Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (social media, website, email, online advertising)
- Oversee branding, positioning, and promotional materials for all projects
- Coordinate with sales, design, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging
- Prepare marketing budgets and campaign performance analytics
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Organize and support property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Previous marketing experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or development
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with strong analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Greek; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage
