GRS Recruitment are looking for an experienced Marketing Officer to support our client’s business on a part-time consultancy basis. This remote role is ideal for a self-motivated marketing professional with a proven track record in the hospitality or real estate industry. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging marketing content, including posts, graphics, and campaigns.
- Publish company announcements, news, and promotional updates.
- Update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is accurate, current, and engaging.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Prepare newsletters, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with management to support the company's marketing objectives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven marketing experience within the hospitality or real estate sector (mandatory).
- Based in Cyprus with the ability to work remotely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.
- Experience managing and updating websites (WordPress or similar CMS).
- Ability to create professional marketing content using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
