GRS Recruitment are looking for an experienced Marketing Officer to support our client’s business on a part-time consultancy basis. This remote role is ideal for a self-motivated marketing professional with a proven track record in the hospitality or real estate industry. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Create engaging marketing content, including posts, graphics, and campaigns.
  • Publish company announcements, news, and promotional updates.
  • Update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is accurate, current, and engaging.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Prepare newsletters, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with management to support the company's marketing objectives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven marketing experience within the hospitality or real estate sector (mandatory).
  • Based in Cyprus with the ability to work remotely.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.
  • Experience managing and updating websites (WordPress or similar CMS).
  • Ability to create professional marketing content using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
