MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the business team to understand their business processes, goals, and requirements for using Business Central as their core business application.

Participate in the implementation process for new companies to be onboarded, including data migration, system setup, ensuring a smooth transition to Business Central.

Develop and implement customizations, extensions, workflows and integrations with other systems, to enhance the functionality of Business Central and address specific business needs.

Provide training sessions to end-users on how to use Business Central efficiently. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and optimize system performance.

Collaboration with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central vendor support team reporting and monitoring issues.

Plan and perform system upgrades.

Create and maintain documentation such as user manuals, process guides, and system configurations to ensure clarity and consistency in the use of Business Central.

Stay informed about updates, new features, and best practices related to Microsoft Business Central, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve implementations and support services.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business or equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including its modules, features, and functionalities. Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and extending the platform to meet business needs.

Ability to analyse complex business processes, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions. Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively gather requirements and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Ability to conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and adapt to changing requirements.

Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate issues, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Willingness to learn new skills and stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve expertise in Business Central.

Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations.
