GRS Recruitment is working with a prestigious and well-established organisation based in Limassol, which is seeking to recruit a Plumbing Technician to join their growing maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, as well as overseeing general maintenance tasks and ensuring the safety and functionality of residential facilities. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and drainage.

Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing efficient solutions to minimise disruptions.

Conduct general maintenance and repair work across the premises.

Respond promptly and professionally to service requests and instructions from superiors.

Perform routine inspections of common residential areas to identify potential hazards or maintenance issues.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and company policies.

Supervise subcontractor work to ensure quality, cost, and timelines are met in line with agreements.

Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and stakeholders for effective project execution.

Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.

Assist with ad-hoc duties or emergency repairs as required.

Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

High school diploma: technical/vocational training in plumbing is an advantage.

Proven experience in a similar technical or maintenance role.

Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Well-presented, customer-oriented, and professional.

Highly organised with strong administrative and record-keeping abilities.

Committed to Health & Safety compliance and professional integrity.

The working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, and every other Saturday from 07:00 to 12:00.
