GRS are working with a Forex brokerage built around new regulations in the financial industry designed to keep the customer protected, GRS are seeking to recruit an MT4/MT5 Administrator for their offices in Limassol. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintaining and developing Trading infrastructure (MT4 and MT5 server, distribution environment: DC, Access; data feeds, etc.)
  • Analysing incidents related to trading infrastructure and their root cause, identify; recurring issues and implement measures to prevent their reoccurrence
  • Architecting technical solutions for the same area and involving other subject matter experts whenever needed
  • Responsible for proactive services monitoring, strive for constant increase level of information completeness and automation
  • Participating in or lead projects related to trading, such as bridge integration and administration, client portal backend integration, etc.;
  • Constantly analysing access network coverage of the clients, adding DC/access servers where the coverage is insufficient
  • Maintaining service documentation
  • Preparing reports related to the services in scope
  • Keeping abreast of changes in the industry technologies or methodologies
  • Any other duties and responsibilities relevant to the role
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the subject area
  • Deep understanding of how MT4/5 platforms work. Their specifics and operational best practices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of majority of used technologies: Windows OS, vSphere, networks, automation (Ansibe, Terraform or similar), cloud solutions and best practices (AWS)
  • Understand key business metrics related to trading and how technical metrics influence them  
  • University degree, college degree or relevant diploma
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Any monitoring platform (Zabbix or similar)
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
