MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and monitor servers (Meta & Bridge)
-
Monitoring the liquidity providers and streaming prices by the feed providers.

Ensuring proper and smooth operation of MT4/MT5 admin, trading platforms and Bridge.

Monitor and update new offer, Instruments, group, etc. on the Admin and Bridge.

Preparing Termination, Holidays.
-
Answer to CS, as required, to resolve any trading/ account issues they may have.

To develop and maintain FX & CFD product and trade

Group allocations and accounts setup for trading add new products
-
Handle any quotes issue with the real time server, such as freezing, gaps, filtrations.

Monitor and manage any issue with the LPs
-
Advise staff on new updates/upgrades on the system
-
Follow-up with aggregators/bridges and other related technologies issues or updates
-
Configuring MT settings, such as groups, securities, manager rights, etc.

Switching between server, backups server and main server whenever its required
-
Creating new symbols and configuring them on MT
-
Configuring and installing server-side plug-ins
-
Maintenance of the MT4 and MT5 system
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s Degree Related in Economic, Finance, IT. Any certificates related in Metatrader, Trading software, Finance and IT will be considered highly advantageous

2-5 years of experience in FX, CFD or derivatives
-
Excellent Spoken and written English Language. Arabic language will be considered highly advantageous

A quick learner with strong attention to details

Troubleshooting and problem solving

Must be flexible to working shifts (Early morning, Late evening)
