The successful candidate will ensure strong operational, commercial and team performance and will oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the daily operations of all assigned stores.

• Drive sales and achieve budget and KPI targets.

• Control food cost, labour cost, waste, stock and operating expenses.

• Manage, coach and develop Stores teams.( For the Assign locations )

• Ensure compliance with Cinnabon brand standards and SOPs.

• Maintain high standards of product quality, customer service and cleanliness.

• Monitor staff scheduling, productivity and recruitment needs.
-
• Ensure proper stock control, inventory counts and FIFO.

• Ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits.

• Follow up on maintenance and operational issues.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP and local regulations.

• Report regularly on store performance and operational issues.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B, QSR, coffee, bakery or restaurant operations.

Previous experience managing multiple stores is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of sales, P&L, food cost, labour cost and inventory.
-
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
-
Hands-on, disciplined and results-oriented.

Strong English; Greek is preferred.

Valid driving licence and ability to travel between stores.

Flexible to work weekends and according to business requirements.
