This is much more than a traditional Store Manager position. As the leader of this flagship boutique, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the brand's presence in Cyprus while shaping the customer experience from day one. Initially responsible for one store, this position offers exceptional long-term career prospects, with the opportunity to progress into a multi-store management role as the business expands across Cyprus and introduces new internationally renowned luxury brands. As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and commercial success of the boutique. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Leading, motivating, and developing the store team through effective supervision, scheduling, coaching, and training.
- Driving sales performance and achieving business targets and KPIs.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, aftersales support, and visual merchandising.
- Managing inventory, stock deliveries, stock control, and supplier coordination.
- Developing and implementing operational processes to improve efficiency and support business growth.
- Monitoring store performance, analysing key metrics, and reporting to senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, brand standards, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating marketing initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
- Supporting the business with additional responsibilities as the role evolves alongside the company's growth.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- An inspiring leader who combines commercial awareness with operational excellence and a genuine passion for retail.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within a premium or luxury retail environment.
- A proven track record of leading successful teams and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- The ambition and capability to grow into a multi-store management role as the business expands across Cyprus.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Cypriot or EU nationality with the legal right to work in Cyprus.
- Working Hours
- Five-day working week.
- Store opening hours: 09:30 – 19:30.
- Closed on Sundays.
