Our client, a prominent Electronic Money Institution (EMI) based in Nicosia, is dedicated to delivering innovative financial solutions to individuals and businesses worldwide is seeking to recruit a .Net Developer. We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join the team and play a pivotal role in the ongoing development of a cutting-edge financial platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and debugging, while actively contributing to automated testing and platform optimisation efforts. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, develop, and maintain new and existing services for the platform.
  • Implement secure, performant, and modular applications by following best practices and design patterns.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure application stability and reliability.
  • Debug and troubleshoot potential problems to deliver timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions and deliverables.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a developer, particularly in C#.
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns and data structures.
  • Hands-on experience with C#, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Strong knowledge of database concepts, including both SQL and NoSQL.
  • Experience in agile development environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Logical thinker with outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality development.
