DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages non-motor insurance claims efficiently from inception to conclusion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assesses claims to determine coverage and liability based on policy terms and conditions.
  • Corresponds with clients, intermediaries, and third parties to obtain necessary information for claims processing.
  • Investigates claims thoroughly, gathering relevant documents and evidence.
  • Prepares claim files and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintains strong relationships with clients and colleagues to facilitate smooth claims resolution.
  • Adheres to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in handling insurance
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office systems required.
  • Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
  • Effective multitasking ability.
  • Strong team collaboration skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Sound understanding of cost control measures and adherence to delegated settlement authorities.
